Preventing a Stolen 2008 Election
If you want your vote to count, then Robert Kennedy , Jr.'s warning comes at a critical time. He was on Rachel Maddow's Show last night on MSNBC and talked about this week's Rolling Stone article. He and Greg Palast did a year long study that documented that Republican operatives are laying seige to voter registrations all over the country. He stated on the show that newly registered voters are especially at risk along with voters in low income areas that are known to favor Democratic candidates. So he emphasized that if your state has early voting, get down to the polling place and vote early. Make the effort because the danger of another stolen election is very real. There is much less risk to voting early. There are more likely to be challenges because you moved, or are not voting in your assigned polling place on Election Day.
